Constipation!!!!
Constipation is a very normal problem for kids.
A change of diet could go a long way to avoid it.
Will be listing some foods and fruits that help relieve constipation.
They are;
1. Pineapple - Natural laxtative. Helps for better bowel movement.
2. Soya Beans - very good for kids and adults. It doesn't contain fat or lactose.
3. Popcorn - High in fibre.
4. Pears.
5. Beans.
6. Papaya - amazing laxative with vitamin A for eyes.
7.Brown Rice.
8. Carrots
Nothing beats a healthy diet for kids.
Although it is easier to indulge and give kids what they want.
But if we try and maintain a healthy diet, it pays.
