I guess it's been trending over the weekend and I was captivated. She is a mum of two who is a street seller and was captured By TyBello( popular Nigerian Photographer) during one of her shoots. She was Busy selling her bread on the street when the photo session was going on and that is how fate found her or better still #Destiny was calling#. Payporte has decided to use her for their next Billboard and She has gotten internship from two major saloons. More is yet to come for her because this is just the beginning. Constipation is a very normal problem for kids. A change of diet could go a long way to avoid it. Will be listing some foods and fruits that help relieve constipation. They are; 1. Pineapple - Natural laxtative. Helps for better bowel movement. 2. Soya Beans - very good for kids and adults. It doesn't contain fat or lactose. 3. Popcorn - High in fibre.   4. Pears. 5. Beans. 6. Papaya - amazing laxative with vitamin A for eyes. 7.Brown Rice. 8. Carrots Nothing beats a healthy diet for kids. Although it is easier to indulge and give kids what they want. But if we try and maintain a healthy diet, it pays. What other food or fruit can help constipation???? Having 2 kids isn't the same as having 1, trust me... Sometimes I can't help but wonder how our parents had as much As 6 kids and more #stillwondering# OK!!! So that is a topic for another day.
