                       In recent times when drinks like caprisome, bobo, ribena and the likes  Have gradually taken over the place of water. It is our duty as parents to teach our kids the importance of water  Let's give our kids water to drink. YES!!!!!! Plain water #grins# The importance of water cannot be over emphasized. Some of the importance of drinking water includes; - Drinking water prevents dehydration. - Drinking water flushes out unwanted toxins. - Drinking water helps with good blood circulation - Drinking water helps with school performance.  To mention just a few. Other drinks are nice but it shouldn't replace water!!! The best drink for kids is Water!!! Let's drink more water!!! The best drink remains Water!!!!

Some other milestones for a 1month old baby are; - Baby may be able to lift his/her head from side to side   When lying on tummy. - Vision and hearing improvement.   Focuses more with both eyes. Some other milestone for 2months; - Baby will have a stronger grip.   Watch out if they graps your hair, escaping will be difficult #grins# Other milestones for 3months; - May be able to roll over - Begins to babble.                                Ok so I just had to post this pictures*winks* #Excited much for 2016# #5 wks after baby No.2# #Mother of two# #mumnicheinspired.blogspot.com# Alright back to business.... Lol Some of the things I learnt in 2015 are; - Collaborate don't compete, the sky is big enough for everyone. - New Seasons requires New Strategy,   Take time to redraw your life map & redefine your terms. -  Consistency is Key!!    You may not see progress at every step but    Do your thing and trust God.    Progress is happening. - Little boys and white shorts/top/shirt don't mix. - Persistence always pays. - Be grateful to God and never stop trusting Him.
