Just as we consciously make out time to eat daily despite how busy we might be, Let also consciously build our Spiritual Immune System. We need to nourish our Spirit even as we nourish our bodies.. It's very true that the discipline involved in physical and spiritual exercise are quite challenging. So it takes a conscious effort to stay in shape. Boost your spiritual immune system consciously by: *Cultivate a little Solitude * Set aside a few minutes for you and God. Spend time away from the crowd & noise of life. In quietness we are intune and fixed on God. *Meditate on the Bible* The Bible is loaded with verses of encouragement, wisdom& comfort. Meditate on the verse that speaks to you.. The Bible is loaded with all we need. *Take a step of Faith* Everything doesn't have to be in place before ...
